Architect

Function

• Taking full responsibility for the process: from initial design to final realisation of diverse utility projects such as shops, SMEs and offices.
• Elaborate clear architectural designs and convincing visualisations that match the client's requirements.
• Preparation of implementation files and preparation of construction applications, with close follow-up during each phase.
• Co-ordination between colleagues around BIM models, detailing and measurement statements guarantee a smooth flow of information.
• Guide clients professionally and act as a point of contact throughout the construction process.
• Monitoring quality, planning and budgets in the implementation phase is an essential part of the task package.
• Preparation of project administration, provision of site reports and regular consultation with all construction partners involved.

Profile

What skills do you possess?

• You have a master's degree in (engineering) architecture.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as an architect or project architect
• Proven experience with execution and coordination assignments in non-residential construction
• Strong in planning, organising and clearly communicating with project partners
• Good knowledge of Revit (required), MS Office and preferably also Autocad
• You are eager to learn, solution-oriented and have an eye for quality and detail
• You live a maximum of 30 minutes from the Keerbergen office
• Working on site and collaborating in a team give you energy
