• Je werkt mee aan kwalitatieve residentiële projecten, van nieuwbouwwoningen tot renovaties.
• Je denkt actief mee na over architecturale oplossingen die functionaliteit en uitstraling perfect combineren.
• Opstellen van uitvoeringsdossiers en voorbereiden van bouwaanvragen, met een nauwgezette opvolging.
• Je staat rechtstreeks in contact met klanten en begeleidt hen tijdens het volledige ontwerpproces.
• Je maakt deel uit van een klein team waar ideeën gedeeld worden en samenwerking centraal staat.

Profile

• Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als architect.
• Je hebt ervaring met residentiële nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten.
• Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in rechtstreeks contact met klanten.
• Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op en werkt zelfstandig aan jouw dossiers.
• Je denkt creatief mee en hebt oog voor zowel architectuur als functionaliteit.
• You speak and write Dutch fluently; knowledge of French would be an advantage.
• Ervaring met Vectorworks is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
• Je staat open voor een samenwerking als zelfstandige of freelancer.

Our client is a small, family-run architectural practice where quality, trust and collaboration are key. You’ll be joining an enthusiastic team of around five colleagues where lines of communication are short and everyone supports one another. There is plenty of scope for initiative, and you will be given the confidence to take on responsibility, without ever having to go it alone. Thanks to close collaboration with colleagues, engineering firms and an in-house interior designer, you will work on well-thought-out end-to-end projects that bring together architecture, engineering and finishing touches.

The projects are mainly located within the Mechelen, Leuven and Brussels triangle and range from high-quality new-build homes and renovations to SME projects and occasional student projects. Each project is handled on a personalised basis and offers a variety of tasks. In addition to design and technical development, the full process also includes coordination, site supervision and, on occasion, interior design integration. The informal working atmosphere, shared lunches, regular team-building activities and professional inspiration sessions ensure that colleagues not only work together but also enjoy making time for one another.
