Architect

Function

• As an independent architect, you will become a key member of the design team and work from concept to execution on various Belgian and international projects.
• You start your day with a creative brainstorm and translate your ideas into 3D designs using Revit, among other tools.
• You ensure visually strong presentations that fully showcase design, interiors and master planning.
• You will be responsible for drawing work, preparing tender dossiers and administering permits.
• You keep the overview: coordinate closely with the project architect, monitor the client's requirements and optimise the design where necessary.
• You collaborate with colleagues from different disciplines and keep an eye on deadlines, budgets and quality.
• You will contribute to the visual and technical development of every project down to the finest detail, always with an eye for sustainability and innovation.c

Profile

Who are you?

• You hold a master's degree in architecture and can work independently.
• You have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with large-scale projects.
• Revit holds no secrets for you and you are familiar with complex, internationally oriented projects.
• Your strength lies in both the creative and technical parts of the design process.
• You will provide professional, inspiring designs and support in every design and construction phase (documentation and visualisation).
• Team spirit and strong communication come naturally to you: you know where and how to give and receive input.
