Architect

Function

• You will oversee architectural projects from start to finish: from the initial design right through to handover.
• You will be involved in the design, preliminary design and drafting of planning applications.
• You will monitor projects closely and keep track of progress throughout each project phase.
• You will be responsible for site supervision and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
• You will liaise directly with clients and translate their expectations into high-quality designs.
• You will work on a wide range of projects, such as schools, care homes, social housing schemes, student accommodation and urban development projects.
• You combine architectural quality with a focus on feasibility and budget.
• On Friday afternoons, you and the team will focus on site visits, project monitoring and knowledge sharing.
