Project Manager

Function

• As Project Manager, you will be responsible for complete project management, from A to Z.
• You will ensure thorough project preparation, smooth execution, procurement and correct project administration.
• Together with the work planner, you closely monitor the project planning.
• You oversee the efficiency and quality of the works.
• You are the point of contact for the customer and monitor their satisfaction, approval and appreciation, as well as the execution deadline.
• You coordinate consultation and site meetings with the site manager, assembly teams, architect, client, subcontractors and suppliers.
• You continuously monitor progress and report directly to the business manager.

Profile

• As a Project Manager, you will hold a higher degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent through experience.
• You have solid, demonstrable experience in a similar position within industrial construction.
• You are an organisational talent who brings structure and takes a pragmatic approach.
• You provide good follow-up and have built up a strong technical understanding through your experience.
• You have experience in managing colleagues, in short a real people manager.
• Thanks to your stress-resistance and solution-orientation, you don't let yourself get off balance.
• You will take a critical and thoughtful approach to your work, and bear safety in mind.
• You have a good knowledge of CAD and MS Office.
• You are in possession of a valid driving licence B.
