Account Manager, Home and Insurance
Function
As a Residential and Insurance Account Manager, you play a crucial role in supporting customers with their mortgages and insurance policies. In a hybrid working environment, you will work from the office in Aartselaar and partly from home to help our customers get their finances in order. You will listen to their stories, translate their needs into practical solutions and advise them on financial matters. Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:
- Assisting customers with mortgages and insurance, and managing cases from start to finish.
- Identifying opportunities and actively contributing ideas for solutions.
- Maintaining and expanding a client portfolio, including regular follow-up meetings.
- Coordinating commercial initiatives and contributing to the day-to-day running of the office.
- Sharing your expertise with colleagues and identifying opportunities.
Profile

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, such as economics, accountancy or finance.
- 0–3 years’ work experience, preferably in a similar role, or a keen interest in the world of finance.

- An eagerness to learn and a driven attitude.
