Function

Your challenge:

As a Junior Banking Advisor, you will start at the basics of the profession. You will get to know customers, products and systems up close and get the chance to develop yourself step by step into a specialist in loans or investments.

In your first period:

• Stand at the counter for an average of two half-days a week;
• Build a strong knowledge of customers and services;
• Get to know the systems and processes thoroughly;
• Support your colleagues in day-to-day banking activities;
• Develop your commercial skills in customer contacts;

In time, you will have the opportunity to advance to an advisory position within investments or credit.

Profile

• You are a school leaver or starter with ambition;
• You are customer-focused, communicative and commercial set;
• Your learns quickly and takes initiative;
• You are motivated to create a career building out in the long term;
• Your preferably lives in the region and sees a permanent presence in the office as an added value;

A plus, but not a must:

• A training or affinity with finance, economics or insurance;
• A PCP certificate;

Motivation, attitude and learning ability more important than diplomas or certificates.
