Service & Support Engineer
Function
As a Service & Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers. Your duties include troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining equipment and systems and providing customer-focused solutions. - As a Service & Support Engineer, you will mainly perform maintenance, modification and management work on our systems and the associated integrated applications on-site at customers' premises.
Profile
We are looking for a motivated Service & Support Engineer with the following qualifications:
- You are a highly motivated and flexible person, willing to work in an internationally oriented company
- Respect, cooperation and integrity are important to you
- You preferably have a technical background, e.g. automation/IT or equivalent through experience within a service-related function
- Knowledge of systems, network and security integration is a plus
- Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), PLCs and/or SCADA is a plus
- You are analytical, eager to learn and thoroughly solution-oriented
- You are customer-oriented and delivering quality is important to you
- Working standby shifts (about 1 week/6 weeks) is no problem
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English, in French you can hold and understand a (basic) conversation
