Function

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to customers. You will answer questions, solve problems and ensure that customers can make the best use of their technical systems and products. Your duties include:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems via phone, e-mail and other communication channels.
  • Record and document support requests and solutions in the ticket system.
  • Support users in installing and configuring hardware and software.

Profile

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with the following qualifications:

  • HBO working and thinking level in a technical field.
  • 0-3 years' experience in technical support or similar role.
  • Knowledge of networks, databases and operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good command of Dutch, French and English, both oral and written.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
