Account Manager Systems Solutions

Within our Systems Solutions sales department, we are looking for an Account Manager for the Flanders Region.  

The System Solutions department's offering is specifically focused on industrial automation in Level 2 (DCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA) and Level 3 (DX, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, APC, IIoT, AMS, APC, Historian, Dashboarding, Work Permits, etc ...):

• For a range of varied accounts in your region, you will be the main point of contact
• You build a close relationship of trust with each client's various stakeholders
• In doing so, you endorse the vision of where we build a long-term partnership with every customer
• Therefore, you strive to spend as much time as possible with your customers to build the relationship and continually sound out their needs, generating interest in the solutions we offer
• Customers trust you and heed your advice, as you are enthusiastic about the offering
• You link your technical knowledge to your sales talent with the end goal of maintaining and expanding the turnover for your accounts
• In addition to your accounts, you will also look for new business opportunities in your region
• You are passionate and seek, see and seize commercial opportunities. You are both a "hunter" and a "farmer" and seize every opportunity to present and demonstrate our portfolio of solutions
• You listen to the customer, analyse his needs and requirements and, in cooperation with colleagues from the inside sales department, make a professional offer based on our innovative solutions
• You are able to explain our offer crystal-clearly and you look for what it takes to win over the customer
• You will report to the Sales Manager System Solutions

For the position of Account Manager, we are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• You have a master's or bachelor's degree in Industrial Sciences, Industrial Engineering, A1 or equivalent through experience
• You ideally have several years of experience with industrial process control, DCS - or PLC
• You are able to quickly establish trust with different types of interlocutors
• You are passionate about technology and enthusiastic about the solutions we offer
• You have strong analytical skills and can logically analyse an industrial application, come up with creative solutions and realise them
• You have a proactive work attitude and are a real team player
• You have good communication skills in Dutch, French and English
• You can work independently, but you have enough team spirit to involve the entire sales team in the development of sales
