For the position of project leader, you are responsible for the general management of one or more construction projects. This both on site and from the office.

• You are responsible for coordinating all work from preparation to provisional acceptance.
• You are responsible for the study of the execution methods, contracting with subcontractors and suppliers, planning, financial follow-up, site meetings with architects and clients, etc.

Our client is located in Lokeren and is a dynamic contracting company for total projects from structural work up to and including general finishing. The clients are situated in the public and private sector.

You will be working in an SME with 5 project managers and 20 workers.

For the position of project leader, you have a bachelor or master degree in architecture.

• You preferably have experience as a project manager/site manager in the general construction industry.
• Practical know-how is a must.
• You are a motivated and enterprising team player and organiser.
• You show independence and a sense of responsibility.
• You have an eye for detail.
• You can work well with MS Office, knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is a plus.
