As a calculator, you will be responsible for the calculation of our residential construction projects from the structural phase through to final completion.
You analyse the situation at hand in function of the plans, perform a cost price calculation based on the internal guidelines and, in function of this, request quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
You will examine the files in great detail, review them in the light of possible optimisations and check that the measurement records are complete.
You draft the contracts with our subcontractors and review the progress in consultation with your colleagues accordingly.
You have a higher technical degree of professional bachelor or master engineer in your pocket or equivalent through experience.
You have strong construction-technical insight, are analytically strong and have a mathematical mind. It goes without saying that you can work in a very concentrated, precise and orderly manner and that deadlines are no problem for you.
You adopt a very flexible attitude and know how to handle last-minute information with ease.
