Work planner infra

Function

• You will be responsible for the complete elaboration of the technical execution file, mainly focused on asphalt works.
• You draw up and check plans, technical documents and data sheets, always geared to the site planning.
• You analyse files thoroughly and look for gaps, risks and opportunities for optimisation.
• You will be responsible for purchasing materials: you will request quotations, compare prices and prepare statements.
• You will report directly to the project manager.
• You liaise closely with internal departments such as site management and project management, as well as external parties such as suppliers and subcontractors.
• Depending on ongoing projects, additional tasks may occur, such as preparing detailed drawings, working out implementation methods or carrying out measurements.

Profile

• You have at least a Professional Bachelor's degree, or are equivalent through relevant experience.
• You are organised in your work, but at the same time able to switch smoothly when needed and have a keen eye for detail.
• You express yourself effortlessly, both within the company and to external partners.
• You can empathise with customer needs and know how to turn them into effective and unique solutions.
• You work accurately and keep performing under time pressure without compromising on quality.
