Site Manager Construction

Function

• From start to finish, you are responsible for the follow-up, optimisation and execution of the projects assigned to you.
• You will be supported by internal services such as asphalt, concrete construction, the service centre, purchasing and others.
• You will take day-to-day charge of the site: you will ensure organisation, coordination and quality control.
• You liaise with all stakeholders, such as clients, architects, suppliers and subcontractors.
• You will work with a lot of independence and freedom, reporting directly to the project manager.

Profile

• You have a Bachelor of Construction, a Master's degree in structural engineering, or have similar experience within the sector.
• You hold a valid VCA certificate for managers.
• Experience in a similar role is an added bonus.
• You are easy-going, communicative and sociable.
• You are results-oriented, independent and punctual.
• You are organised, forward-thinking and respond flexibly to changed circumstances or unexpected challenges.
