HVAC Work Planner

Function

• Taking on the full technical preparation of projects
• Compiling a complete and correct technical dossier for execution
• Drawing up plans, diagrams and technical data sheets in a timely manner
• Thoroughly analysing tender files and detecting gaps, optimisations and risks
• Coordinating with the site manager, project manager, draughtsman and purchasing department
• Acting as the link between the construction site and the internal departments
• Maintaining external contact with engineering firms, subcontractors and clients
• Reporting directly to the project manager

Profile

• You preferably hold a bachelor's or engineering degree in electrical engineering or electromechanics
• You communicate effectively and work accurately
• You make decisions swiftly and remain quality-focused
• You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented and flexible
• You can work well under pressure
• You have a critical eye and think along about optimisations
• You can empathise with the wishes of the client
• You work fluently with MS Office
