Site Manager Electricity

Function

As Site Manager Electricity, you are responsible for the daily organisation and monitoring of electrotechnical installations across various construction sites. You act as the link between the Project Manager, technicians, subcontractors and other parties involved.

• You coordinate the daily activities on the construction site and ensure that the planning is executed smoothly.
• You manage technicians and subcontractors and ensure clear agreements and effective collaboration.
• You monitor the progress of the works and oversee the planning, quality and safety.
• You coordinate the necessary materials, technical questions and practical points of attention with the Project Manager and the project team.
• You verify that the electrical installations are being carried out correctly and assist in preparing the handover.
• You monitor compliance with safety regulations and address employees and subcontractors when necessary.
• You work on a wide variety of projects, such as hospitals, offices, laboratories, airports and other complex buildings.
• You are primarily active on construction sites across Flanders, with projects in, among other areas, the Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht region.

Profile

You have a solid technical foundation in electricity and know how to organise work on a construction site efficiently. You are happy to take on responsibility and communicate fluently with various parties.

• You hold a qualification in an electrical or electromechanical field, or you have built up equivalent experience in practice.
• You have approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in electrotechnical projects, preferably in a coordinating role.
• You have technical insight and are able to plan, monitor and adjust work where necessary.
• You communicate fluently with technicians, subcontractors, clients and project managers.
• You work in an organised manner, think solution-orientedly and have an eye for quality and safety.
• You hold a category B driving licence to travel between various construction sites.
• Certificates such as VCA-VOL, BA5, aerial work platform operator, telescopic handler or first aider are a welcome addition.

They handle both the design and execution of electrical installations and are also active in industrial electrical works and switchboard construction.
