Bridge Construction Site Manager
Function
Do you turn every site into a well-organised one? Then a role awaits here in which your talent truly becomes visible.
- As Bridge Construction Site Manager, you organise and plan the work on the viaduct in Vilvoorde, with attention to safe and feasible execution.
- You monitor progress and coordinate the various activities across multiple site zones, ensuring that people, materials and planning come together effectively.
- In consultation with the head site manager and project manager, you maintain the overview and translate the execution planning into clear actions on site.
- You monitor the quality of the steel structures closely. You identify deviations in a timely manner, discuss solutions and ensure correct execution.
- Operatives, subcontractors, partners, clients and inspectors can come to you for practical coordination and clear communication.
- Working safely is a fixed part of your daily follow-up: you hold people accountable to agreements and help create a working environment in which everyone can go home safely.
- You work closely with other site managers and construction coordinators. By sharing information and switching quickly, you contribute to smooth collaboration on and around the site.
- You work full-time according to an alternating schedule: one week from Wednesday to Sunday from 7:00 to 17:30, the next week from Wednesday to Friday from 7:00 to 17:30.
Profile
What qualities do you bring to the site?

- You have a maximum of three years of relevant experience, or are at the start of your career and want to grow quickly in the execution of large steel construction projects. Experience is an asset, but not an absolute requirement.
