Function

As Warehouse Team Leader (2-shift system) You will ensure that logistics operations run smoothly, that the team is managed efficiently, and that all processes are monitored accurately and to a high standard.

What exactly does this mean:

• Processing and checking all information relating to incoming and outgoing goods.
• Maintaining smooth communication with customers and suppliers regarding logistics processes.
• Managing, monitoring and analysing logistics data in the ERP system.
• To act as a representative of Logistics during audits and visits to clients or prospective clients.
• Updating and finalising SOPs, WRKIs and reports on deviation investigations.
• Carrying out root cause analyses and following up on CAPA actions.
• Drawing up the schedule and coordinating the Material Handlers, including handover between shifts.
• Organising monthly toolbox meetings.
• Educating, supervising and training material handlers.
• To support the Logistics Officer and, where necessary, stand in for them.

Profile

For the position of Warehouse Team Leader (2-shift system) Our client is looking for a highly organised professional to coordinate logistics processes, manage a team and ensure quality, efficiency and accurate reporting.

Who are you:

• You have a bachelor’s degree level of thinking.
• Preferably some initial experience in a warehouse.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with cGMP and GDP guidelines is an advantage.
• You are willing to work within a two-shift system: 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.

• Gross monthly salary of between €3,500 and €4,900, depending on experience and expertise.
• A full-time working week of 39 hours.
