Warehouse Supervisor

Function

Our client, a dynamic family business, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for their site in Oupeye. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading operational teams, ensuring logistics continuity and safety, and maintaining quality during your shift. Your duties will include:

• Managing and motivating operational teams;
• Efficient allocation of tasks and availability of resources;
• Real-time resolution of operational problems;
• Planning and coordinating teams during changing shifts;
• Track performance indicators (KPIs) and report to management;
• Enforce internal procedures and safety regulations;
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.

Profile

For the vacancy of Warehouse Supervisor at our client in Oupeye, we are looking for a candidate with a combination of relevant experience, skills and a passion for collaboration and leadership. Furthermore, you will possess:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a logistics environment or similar position;
• A very good knowledge of both French and English;
• In-depth expertise in logistics operations and processes;
• Natural leadership and sense of responsibility;
• Excellent team management skills;
• Stress resilience to effectively manage contingencies and peak periods.
