Permanent late-shift transport planner
Function
For the permanent late-shift Transport Planner vacancy, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Planning and allocating daily line haul services to European destinations at the customers’ request
- Selecting suitable and approved carriers on the basis of existing rates or ad hoc agreements
- Monitoring deliveries with customers and drivers and passing on the necessary information to customer service
- Recording all process steps in the system
- You’ll be working from Monday to Friday on a fixed late shift from 1 pm to 9 pm
Profile
If you are applying for the permanent late-shift Transport Planner vacancy, do you recognise yourself in the following competencies:
- You have had your first positive experience in planning or have completed a course in this field
- You should be able to express yourself professionally in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage but not essential
- You are able to cope well with stress and have strong communication skills
- You are good with a computer
- You are willing to work a fixed late shift
Organisation
For the vacancy for a permanent late-shift Transport Planner, you can expect the following:
- Market-based gross salary based on experience
