Technical commercial engineer

Function

As a Technical Commercial Engineer, you will work on the basis of challenging construction projects and translate construction dreams into realistic and well-considered offers. You combine technical analysis with commercial insight and are part of a strong project team.

What will you do?

• You will analyse projects and assess risks and opportunities to determine the best implementation method
• You request price quotes from suppliers and subcontractors and analyse them thoroughly
• You make detailed cost calculations based on the chosen implementation method
• You prepare the sales offer for the customer
• You discuss the quotation with the customer together with the technical-commercial project manager
• You actively participate in the project team to achieve feasible, efficient and competitive pricing

• You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering - Construction (Master's degree)
• You are a real team player and work smoothly with a technical-commercial project manager
• You work accurately, correctly and efficiently, but combine this with creativity and drive
• You can plan and organise well and work in a result-oriented way
• You combine commercial talent with a strong construction engineering background
• You have strong communication skills towards customers, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues
