Project Engineer Electro / Hardware

Function

• You are responsible for the complete hardware engineering section in projects.
• You design electrical schematics and installations.
• You analyse specifications and translate them into technically correct and efficient solutions.
• You manage technical documentation such as schematics, cable lists, and I/O lists.
• Together with the team, you handle ad hoc technical queries from clients.
• You prepare preliminary project calculations.
• You safeguard the technical quality, standardisation, and conformity of designs.
• You are the sparring partner for project engineers, project managers, designer-draughtsmen, suppliers, and clients.
• You ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• You visit construction sites and support the execution team where needed.

Profile

• You hold a master's degree in industrial sciences, electromechanics, or electrical engineering, or have equivalent experience.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial electricity or hardware engineering.
• You have thorough knowledge of electrical installations, panel building, and schematic design.
• You enjoy technically challenging projects.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You enjoy collaborating and safeguard the quality of your own projects.
• You are willing to visit construction sites and actively support the execution team.
• You can work from the office in Diksmuide or Antwerp.
