Technical attendant

Function

As a Technical Commercial Clerk in our department, you are the link between customers, calculation and production. You ensure that every project - from design to delivery - runs smoothly and professionally.

• You will draw ceramic kitchen worktops in Autocad and prepare quotations based on them.
• You will support customers and account managers with technical and planning advice via mail and phone.
• You will prepare orders and production orders
• You will liaise with kitchen builders and interior designers.
• You will report to the Business Unit Manager.

Profile

Who are you?

• Technical skills: You have excellent knowledge of Autocad and experience drawing kitchen worktops.
• Administrative precision: You work accurately, structured and remain calm under pressure.
• Commercial flair: you think customer-oriented, communicate fluently and help find solutions.
• Language skills: You speak and write fluently in Dutch and French.
• IT skills: You are familiar with Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Experience: not required

Organisation

A company in Niel specialises in the design, machining and finishing of ceramic plates. It processes large-format ceramic material - into high-quality finishes for both interior (floors, walls, furniture, kitchen and bathroom worktops) as exterior (cladding, terraces, pool edges).
