In this role as a Technical Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of parts logistics. Your duties may include:

• Entering and processing parts orders for customers and the internal service department via the SAP system.
• Proactively tracking orders with suppliers and manufacturers (OEMs), including keeping customers and colleagues informed in the event of delays.
• Looking up part numbers in electronic catalogues.
• Assisting customers in Dutch and French, and also in German or English via email, telephone or when collecting parts.
• Drawing up quotations, explaining them and passing them on to customers.
• Handling day-to-day invoicing, finalising and approving purchase orders and purchase invoices, and processing credit notes in SAP.
• Working with technical experts and the parts sales representative.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate who recognises the following profile:

• You have a technical qualification or relevant experience in parts management or technical back-office roles.
• You are customer-focused and have a commercial mindset.
• You work with precision, are conscientious and can cope well under pressure.
• You are flexible, independent and keen to take the initiative.
• Good communication skills in Dutch and French; German/English would be an advantage.
• You have a team-oriented attitude and contribute ideas to find solutions.
