Supply chain clerk

Function

As a supply chain clerk, you will be responsible for the entire spare parts process from start to finish, this includes the following:

• You will prepare quotations for spare parts and repairs;
• You will be responsible for preparing export and transport documents;
• You will check the accuracy of orders and process them in the system;
• You inform the customer about the status of their order, in case of any delays you look for solutions;
• You will build long-term relationships with your clients spread across the globe;
• You request the right certificates;
• You advise customers on air or sea freight;
• You will also be responsible for payment terms, putting commercial administration in order and handling invoicing.

Profile

Are you the supply chain clerk we are looking for?

• You have a bachelor's degree or experience in a similar position;
• You have experience in preparing customs and transport documents;
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch and English, knowledge of French and/or German is a plus;
• You are a real team player;
• You are someone who takes initiative and communicates smoothly with customers;
• Knowledge of MS-Office and nice.
