As Supervisor fixed early shift in Ternat, Flemish Brabant, you are the driving force behind the daily operations within a dynamic logistics environment. You motivate your team, manage them and ensure efficient execution of work. You translate strategic objectives into concrete actions, monitor progress, and play a leading role in process optimisations. Whether managing assets such as buildings and fleets or liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers, your involvement is essential. • Daily operational management of your unit in Ternat.
• Creating a motivating and collaborative working environment for your team.
• Monitoring the balance between customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and business results.
• Supervise continuous improvements and optimisations within the operation processes.
• Responsibility for budget monitoring and initiating corrective actions where necessary.

Profile

To achieve success as a Supervisor fixed early shift, you have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in a logistics or warehouse environment. You know how to inspire your team and tackle the daily challenges of a constantly changing environment. Prioritising and solution-oriented thinking are part of your second nature.

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a managerial role within logistics or warehousing.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Flexible availability, specifically for morning and evening shifts.
• Strong focus on safety, environment and well-being of your team members.
• Fluent command of Dutch, with good professional knowledge of French and English.
• Experience with dispatch, driver monitoring and working with carriers is a plus.
