Supervisor

Function

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• You lead your team with enthusiasm and ensure an inspiring and efficient working environment;
• You turn strategic plans into concrete tasks and achieve measurable results;
• You will be responsible for buildings, grounds, vehicle fleet, warehouse equipment and other resources;
• You liaise closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly;
• You will monitor the Operations/Support budget and ensure cost efficiency;
• You manage the local environmental management system and monitor compliance with environmental regulations;
• You monitor progress and ensure that everything is of high quality.

Profile

What do you bring as a supervisor?

• You have experience in managing teams and successfully implementing warehouse and operational plans;
• You can plan, coordinate and structure processes efficiently within the department;
• You are responsible and always put employees first;
• You can work in an hourly schedule from 5am to 1pm.
