Site Manager

Function

As a site manager, you play a crucial role in the realisation of plastic air purification systems. You will follow construction sites in Flanders from preparation to completion and ensure that each project runs smoothly, safely and on schedule. Your responsibilities include:

• Visiting sites, making sketches, and gathering all necessary information and coordinating with the client.
• Elaboration of production drawings in SketchUp.
• Compilation of preparatory documentation such as measurements and installation details.
• Planning transport and being present at deliveries.
• Giving clear instructions to the team and subcontractors, while creating a positive working atmosphere.
• Monitor progress, safety and quality standards; and adjust if necessary.
• Working closely with project coordinator Wouter, to whom you will report.

Profile

To be successful as a Site Manager, we are looking for someone with the following profile:

• A bachelor's degree in construction/engineering, or relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of drawing programmes such as SketchUp, or the motivation to learn this quickly.
• Accuracy, responsibility and a great sense of initiative.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; a real 'people manager' with clarity towards colleagues and customers.
• Affinity with agriculture is a plus.

Organisation

Active in building plastic air purification systems for industry and agriculture.
