We are looking for an experienced HVAC site manager for a leading installation company operating in HVAC, control technology and plumbing. As HVAC site manager, you will manage one or more construction sites on a daily basis. You oversee planning, execution as well as quality and safety regulations. You are the first point of contact on the site and ensure that the work runs smoothly.

Your duties as a Site Manager HVAC:

• You will supervise and control the work of staff and subcontractors on site.
• You will be responsible for preparing reports and correct administrative follow-up.
• You will monitor the planning, quality and budget of HVAC, sanitary and control installations.
• You will ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on sites.
• You motivate your team, answer questions and maintain smooth communication with all parties involved.
• You will work closely with project managers, suppliers and the client.

Profile

Your qualities as a Site Manager HVAC:

• You obtained a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, electromechanics or have equivalent experience in site management or engineering.
• You have knowledge of HVAC standards, regulations and technical installations.
• You are stress-resistant, well-organised and independent.
• You derive pleasure from managing, motivating and guiding people.
• You are flexible and move easily between different sites in Flanders and Brussels.
• You communicate fluently and are results-oriented.
