Function

As Site Manager for Civil Renovation Projects You are a crucial link in the success of bridge, tunnel and concrete projects. Within a close-knit and professional working environment, you tackle challenging renovation projects on a daily basis. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site management and will use your expertise to ensure projects are carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. From staff planning to coordinating work and overseeing safety, your role is varied and essential to our team. You are also a natural leader who motivates and guides a team of formwork fitters. Profile

What do we expect from you as Site Manager for Civil Renovation Projects? Do you meet the following criteria?

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Industrial Engineering (Construction) or Civil Engineering.
• You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• You are flexible in terms of where you work – projects are spread across the whole of Flanders.
• You are able to work exceptionally well both independently and as part of a team.
• You have strong organisational skills and are a natural leader.
• You place a high priority on safety and high-quality work.
• You are fluent in Dutch and hold a valid Category B driving licence.
• You are driven and enjoy taking the initiative on complex projects.
