In this varied role as site manager, you will be the pivotal figure in coordinating and monitoring various sites within electrical installations and infrastructure projects. You combine practical management on the sites with administrative tasks in the office. Your responsibilities include:

• Complete organisation, planning and control of multiple electrical construction sites from A to Z
• 30% of your time will be spent on office work: placing orders, preparing planning and schedules, doing post-calculations, participating in meetings
• 70% of your time you will be present at the various sites to manage teams, follow up customer queries and provide solutions to unforeseen situations
• Actively communicate with internal colleagues as well as customers and external partners, aiming for optimal cooperation
• Carefully follow up on all project information and report to the project leader

Profile

Do you possess the following qualities?

• Relevant experience within industrial electricity or electrical installations is required
• A higher degree in a technical field is a plus, but extensive practical experience is more important
• Strong technical insight, hands-on attitude and able to realise solutions on the shop floor
• Customer-oriented work and focus on solving technical challenges
• Results-oriented, driven and communicatively strong
• Proven experience in managing teams on site
• Motivational leadership style and focus on achieving shared goals
• You have a driving licence B
