Are you a born team leader with a passion for civil engineering? As a site manager, you coordinate construction plans down to the smallest details and ensure that everything runs smoothly on site. You work mainly within the province of Limburg and Brussels. With your hands-on approach, you manage teams, monitor deadlines and ensure that safety is always top priority. You are also the point of contact for both your team and the other parties involved on site. Here, you work together on innovative and challenging projects that challenge you time and again.

Profile

To fill this role, our client is looking for someone with charisma, organisational ability and a hefty dose of motivation. The ideal manager will meet the following requirements:

• You have completed an education in undergraduate architecture, civil engineering or a related field.
• You have between 0 to 3 years' experience as a site manager.
• You are communicatively strong and know how to motivate your team.
• Planning and organising is in your DNA.
• You have analytical thinking skills and are solution-oriented.
• You are fluent in Dutch; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
