Do you get excited about calculating and analysing projects? For our, a strategic partner for renovation projects within the professional market, we are looking for a Calculator!

In this role, you are an indispensable link in the success of their renovation projects, where expertise, quality and flexibility are key. You will have a direct impact on costing, planning and optimising internal processes.

As a Calculator, your duties will include:

• Analyse plans and specifications to prepare detailed price calculations.
• Preparation of cost estimates for materials, working hours and other factors.
• Creating and following up quotes for potential customers using Bouwsoft.
• Evaluate offers together with the project team, thoroughly assessing prices and quality.
• Updating cost estimates during projects to ensure financial feasibility.
• Thinking along on improvements in calculation processes for optimal results.

Profile

To successfully fill this important position, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualities and experience:

• A degree in construction engineering and several years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy, with knowledge of construction materials and processes.
• Flexibility and ability to deal with change during projects.
• Communication strong, with the ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external parties.
• Computer skills and experience with Bouwsoft, or willingness to learn this system.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language and good knowledge of French.
