Site Manager

Function

• You check and analyse site plans so that you can start projects well prepared
• You start up construction sites independently and monitor them closely via regular site checks
• You coordinate materials, subcontractors and monitor safety regulations
• You organise and lead toolbox meetings on site
• You manage the entire waste flow of the projects
• You are responsible for hiring and planning the necessary equipment (such as cranes and telescopic handlers)
• You plan and coordinate transports so that all materials are available on time
• You act as liaison between project management, warehouse, subcontractors and other parties involved

Profile

• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
• You have strong technical insight
• You are stress-resistant and confident
• You communicate fluently and always remain professional and solution-oriented
• You have a hands-on mentality and take initiative
• You work independently and are flexible
• You have a driving licence B (BE is a plus)
• You have a good knowledge of English (French is an added advantage)
