Site Manager

Function

As a Site Manager, you will be the beating heart of the sites. Your duties include:

• Preparation, supply and operational follow-up of foundation sites
• Monitoring costs and conformity of deliveries
• Optimising work schedules and coordinating your team
• Ensuring clear communication with all partners involved: clients, architects, designers and project owners
• Implement health, safety and environmental requirements on site
• Monitor quality, deadlines and customer requirements
• Supporting your colleagues through your role as an information conduit and educating your team
• Place importance on cleanliness and correct operation of equipment

Profile

Do you recognise yourself in this?

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent experience

- A first experience in leadership within a technical environment is a plus, you are a true team leader!

- You are flexible, can work smoothly in different locations and adapt effortlessly to a variable work schedule

- Bilingual Dutch/French, knowledge of English is a plus

- You take initiative, are result-oriented and have a command of IT applications

- You have a driving licence B
