Frequently asked questions about hybrid roles
You’ll work partly from home and partly at the office, on site or at a client’s premises. The balance varies depending on the company and the role.
You’ll find roles such as project engineer and site manager, as well as other technical and coordinating positions that do not require you to be physically present every day.
Absolutely. ‘Hybrid’ doesn’t mean you always work from home. Roles such as site manager will regularly take you out to the site. The home-based part of the role then covers planning and administration.
