Site Manager

Function

• As a site manager, you will bear responsibility for coordinating one or more large-scale projects in the East and West Flanders region.
• You will lead a team of foremen, workers and subcontractors and ensure that everyone works together efficiently.
• You will prepare measurement sheets, requisition statements and settlements, manage the timely call-off of materials and accurately monitor working hours.
• You will also play an active role in the overall monitoring of the site, paying specific attention to the construction systems used, accurate planning, strict safety measures and constant quality control.
• You are a crucial link in the progress and success of each project.
• In this role, you will be largely present on site, closely monitoring and adjusting progress.

Profile

• As a Site Manager for the East and West Flanders region, you have the following qualities:
• You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in architecture or bring the necessary expertise based on equivalent experience.
• You are a true outdoorsman who feels completely at home in the yard.
• You have a strong background as a site manager, especially in structural (concrete) and/or finishing.
• Experience in coordinating large-scale construction sites is a big plus.
• You are flexible, communicative and know how to get the best out of your team as a people manager.
• You carry safety high on your agenda.
