Shift manager 2 shifts

Function

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of a production team within a technical production process. You will manage a team of around 20 employees and ensure that planning is carried out efficiently while ensuring quality, safety and productivity.

You monitor production indicators, optimise processes and report directly to the technical manager of the department. You also contribute to the further professionalisation of the shop floor and motivate your team.

Profile

• You have an A2 diploma or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in machining (turning and milling).
• Experience with CNC programming (e.g. Mazak or DMG Mori) is a plus.
• You communicate fluently in French, with a good knowledge of Dutch.
• You are a strong communicator, motivating team leader and quality conscious.
• You are accurate, stress-resistant, flexible and results-oriented.
