Export clerk
Function
As export clerk you ensure correct administrative follow-up of international transport and export files. Your duties include:
- Support the planners in daily transport administration.
- Maintain contacts with customers in Tunisia and Morocco, among others;
- Preparation and processing of invoices;
- Processing, checking and archiving transport documents such as CMRs, customs documents and export documentation;
- Coordinating deliveries and transport orders with the planning department;
- Follow-up of administrative files from A to Z;
- Provide all-round administrative support within the department.
Profile
Are you the export clerk What are we looking for?
- Preferably, you will have gained initial experience in a similar position with a carrier or forwarder;
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is an added advantage;
- Knowledge of customs formalities and Incoterms is nice to have;
- You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented;
- You work accurately, in a structured and solution-oriented way;
- You are flexible and like a dynamic working environment.
