• You manage your team on a daily basis and act as a coach, motivator and point of contact for your staff.

• You help staff to grow by focusing on training, knowledge-sharing and personal development.
• You will monitor safety and quality standards and ensure that they are adhered to on the shop floor.
• You monitor the department’s performance using KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvement measures.
• You are constantly looking for ways to make processes smarter, more efficient and more effective.
• Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the team continues to possess the right knowledge and skills.
• You will work closely with various internal departments to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• You will play an active role in improvement projects and help foster a culture of continuous improvement.
