Service Technician Region Ternat

Function

As a Service Technician, you maintain and repair forklifts and warehouse trucks at customers' sites in your region. You work independently and combine electrical, mechanical and hydraulic knowledge to resolve faults quickly and durably.

• Carrying out preventive maintenance, technical inspections and periodic certifications.
• Analysing and resolving faults on electric and thermal trucks.
• Working on engines, electrical systems, hydraulics and mechanical components.
• Independently planning and carrying out interventions with your fully equipped service van.
• Recording diagnoses and work performed via tablet.
• Informing customers about the work carried out and any follow-up steps.
• Consulting with colleagues and technical experts for more complex faults.
• Building a relationship of trust with customers through professional and solution-oriented service.

Profile

You have a technical background and an interest in various technical disciplines. You enjoy working independently, but also know when to call on the expertise of colleagues.

• Technical training in automotive engineering, electromechanics, electrical engineering, maintenance engineering or equivalent through experience.
• Some initial experience as a service technician, maintenance technician or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Interest in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics and thermal or electric motors.
• Knowledge of forklifts is a bonus, but will be taught.
• You work independently, accurately and safely.
• You are eager to learn, reliable and communicate easily with customers and colleagues.
