Service Technician Refrigeration

Function

• You carry out urgent interventions for breakdowns or defects in refrigeration installations
• You carry out fault diagnoses and repairs on site
• You are responsible for providing fast and accurate solutions to technical problems
• You are flexible and also work outside standard working hours via an on-call service
• You communicate clearly with customers about the interventions carried out
• You put customers at ease and act in a service-oriented manner

Profile

• You have experience as a technician with knowledge of refrigeration techniques and systems
• You hold a refrigeration certificate CAT I/II
• You work independently and have an eye for detail
• You communicate clearly and in a customer-focused manner
• You are flexible regarding working hours and travel
• You have no objection to participating in an on-call rota
• You deliver your work with pride and have a passion for the trade
