Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for roofing?

Are you looking for a challenging position where your technical knowledge, organisational talent and people management skills come into their own?

As Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and organising sites from A-Z with an eye on quality, safety, and within agreed deadlines.
• You manage your own teams and subcontractors.
• You motivate, coach and sensitise your own teams regarding compliance with all safety instructions.
• You provide post-calculation and keep an accurate overview of budgets.
• You will coordinate site meetings and consult with foremen, subcontractors, architects, suppliers and customers.

Your working area will be Melle and/or Eke, supplemented by 1 to 2 days in Roeselare.

Profile

To be considered for this challenging position as Roofing Project Manager, we are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent through experience.
• Experience with craft techniques such as working with zinc, lead and (natural) slates.
• Knowledge of project management in the construction industry, ideally with knowledge or experience in roofing.
• Customer focus and long-term vision with surprising solution orientation.
• Desire for independence, autonomy and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage teams.
