Function
Are you ready to guide customers through the world of modern banking? As Daily Banking Clerk You’ll be the face of their branch in Bonheiden. You’ll be the one welcoming customers at the counter, helping them with digital tools such as online banking and mobile apps, and advising them on our financial products. With your empathy and commercial flair, you’ll know exactly what customers need and offer them tailor-made solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and advising customers at the counter and via digital channels;
- Guiding customers in the use of digital solutions, such as online banking;
- Actively promoting and selling financial products such as loans, insurance and savings plans;
- Listening to people’s needs and offering personalised solutions;
- Keeping up to date with digital trends and sharing this knowledge with clients and colleagues.

Profile
They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic employee who can provide their customers with a fantastic experience. What are they looking for in you?
- You have a secondary school qualification, preferably a bachelor’s degree in finance or communications;
- You have a commercial mindset and a natural flair for persuading people;
- You feel completely at home in a dynamic and customer-focused environment;
- Do you have any PCP certificates? That’s a real asset;
- You are a true team player with excellent communication skills;
- A proactive mindset, a sense of humour and a touch of initiative are what make you the perfect candidate.
