Project leader renovation

Function

Are you an experienced organiser who can coordinate projects from start to finish and enjoys supporting and keeping colleagues informed? We are looking for a project manager for a company in the Aalst region who, together with the team, will ensure successful projects and satisfied customers.

• Coordinating and organising renovation projects from start to finish.
• Monitoring and managing project budgets and costs.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, utilising strong communication skills.
• Managing staff and subcontractors.
• Using my background in architecture to advise on technical solutions.
• A Category B driving licence is required for visits to various project sites.

Profile

• You take a problem-solving, structured and proactive approach to your work and are able to adapt quickly when faced with challenges.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch; knowledge of French would be an advantage.
• You have a business-minded approach and enjoy thinking creatively and outside the box.
• Planning, organising and working in a results-oriented way come naturally to you.
• You have a background in construction, preferably with extensive experience in renovation projects.
• You have at least 5 years’ relevant work experience and demonstrate the necessary maturity; this is not an entry-level role.
• You possess a driving licence B.

Organisation

Our client is a renowned construction company that specialises in carrying out a wide range of renovation projects for both private individuals and businesses. The projects range from €50,000 to €500,000 and are mainly carried out in East and West Flanders.
