What exactly does the role involve?

• You are responsible for scheduling the right staff on site.
• You will ensure that the materials are delivered to the site on time.
• You are monitoring the site’s progress closely.
• You can sort out any problems should they arise on site.
• You enjoy managing people, motivating them and providing guidance where necessary on site.
• When a technical problem arises, you can quickly come up with a solution.

Profile

Who are you?

• You have more than 5 years’ experience in renovation work.
• You are driven and able to cope well under pressure.
• You have a broad range of technical knowledge (reading plans, knowledge of materials, etc.).
• You are fluent in Dutch; French would be an advantage.
• You work closely with your colleagues and are a true team player.
• You have a background in architecture (qualification).
• You have a driving licence B.
• You’re very organised, but you also enjoy getting stuck in yourself.
