Project planner

Function

• You will carry out accurate on-site measurements in preparation for developing technical plans.
• You translate the collected data into detailed execution plans and technical documents.
• You are the point of contact for customers.
• You will work closely with the interior designer to discuss design proposals.
• You read and analyse plans and technical documents.
• You will ensure timely ordering of materials and liaise with suppliers.
• You ensure a flawless handover of the file to the site manager so that execution can start without a hitch.
• You will elaborate technical drawings and be responsible for preparing execution details.
• You will monitor the quality of the work delivered until delivery to the customer and coordinate the final inspection on site.
• On average, you spend half your time on the road to sites and the other half working from the office.

Profile

• You have a degree in a construction field or can fall back on practical experience.
• You are a doer who takes initiative and keeps an overview, even when things get busy.
• With at least five years of experience in the construction industry, you are familiar with all facets of the trade.
• You are strong at planning and monitoring projects.
• You are responsible and communicative.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a bonus!
• You have a driving licence B.
