Job description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully leading and completing various projects within our dynamic team. You will ensure that all project objectives are met within the set timelines and budgets. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders and ensure seamless communication and coordination of all project activities.

• Lead various projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure project planning, resource allocation and budget management.
• Monitor the progress and quality of projects.
• Communicate with stakeholders and team members to achieve project objectives.
• Preparing progress reports and providing documentation.

Profile

Job requirements

We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Leader with a strong background in project management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and some solid initial work experience.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in managing complex projects with a bit of a twist.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Skilled in using project management tools and software.
• Pro-active and solution-oriented working attitude.
• Team player with strong organisational skills.

Our client is a general contractor located in Balen and specialises in all kinds of branches. Their projects range from industrial construction to public projects.

What they market themselves with is that they like to take on the more complex projects. Be it a school, sports complex or head office. The team of 10 colleagues, consisting of project managers, estimators and top operational colleagues are looking for someone to join them at the table or like to get involved for the numerous team building activities.
