As Project Manager, you are the pivotal figure who keeps construction projects on track from A to Z. You ensure smooth cooperation between all parties involved and monitor both planning and budget.

What will you do?

• You lead construction projects and monitor them from start to completion
• You are the central point of contact for customers, internal teams and partners
• You build and maintain lasting relationships with all stakeholders
• You monitor the planning, budget and financial profitability of projects
• You negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the best conditions
• You ensure smooth and efficient cooperation on site and within the project team

• You have higher education in construction or architecture, or equivalent experience
• You have several years of experience in project management with proven success in leading projects from A to Z
• You can monitor projects technically, financially and organisationally
• You have strong leadership and organisational skills
• You are a real team player and enjoy working together on challenging projects
