Project Manager

Function

As Project Manager, you have an important role within the organisation with numerous projects on the agenda. You are ultimately responsible for the execution of medium-sized projects with a value of between €5 and €15 million. From start to finish, you are present on site as coordinator and point of contact for various stakeholders. These may be regular subcontractors, clients, architects or others who need guidance.

You will be energised by the diversity of projects, ranging from windproof shell projects to turnkey projects.

Your duties will include:

• Counselling customers;
• Responsible for site start-up, budget, timing and aftercare;
• Follow-up of full execution on site. Due to variety and complexity, your office is the construction site;
• Cooperation with established partners and subcontractors;

Profile

Job requirements:

• You have a Master's degree and/or Civil Engineering;
• First experience as a project manager, preferably with a large contractor or familiar with projects of this size;
• Passionate about practical implementation of projects;
• Good insight and analytical thinking skills;
• Willingness to be fully committed to projects;
